O R D E R

% 28.07.2017 It is submitted that petitioner and respondent nos. 2 and 3 have settled their disputes amicably vide Settlement dated 11th August, 2014, therefore, FIR No. 110/13 under Section 365 IPC registered at police station Sunlight Colony, on the complaint of respondent no.2, may be quashed. Respondent no.2 has alleged in the FIR that nephew of his friend (respondent no.3) was kidnapped by someone.

During the investigation, it was concluded that petitioner had kidnapped the respondent no. 3. Respondent nos.2 and 3 are present in Court along with their counsel and have been identified by SI Ram Kishore of police station Sunlight Colony. Respondent no. 3 submits that he used to work with the respondent

no.2 even prior to the registration of FIR. Respondent nos. 2 and 3 submit that they have settled the matter with the petitioner of their own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion, thus, are not willing to pursue the FIR and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom and that the same may be quashed.

Keeping in view the settlement arrived at between the petitioner and respondent nos. 2 and 3, in the interest of justice, FIR 110/13 under Sections 365 IPC registered at police station Sunlight Colony and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
