% 26.09.2017 The suit has been listed on office note. As per the office note the present suit seeking permanent injunction was filed on 9th July, 2015. On 10th July, 2015 Registry raised certain objections, however, till date the objections have not been removed.
In terms of Rule-5(1) and 5 (2), Part-A (a), Chapter-I, Volume-5 of Delhi High Court Rules, objections are required to be removed within 30 days failing which the suit has to be listed before Court for dismissal for non-prosecution.
Therefore, the suit is dismissed for non-prosecution. MUKTA GUPTA, J.
