% 15.09.2017 Crl. M A No. 15477/2017 This is an application seeking modification of the order dated 22.09.2015 whereby the petitioner was granted parole upon his furnishing of personal bond in the sum of Rs. 5,000/- to the satisfaction of the Jail Superintendent.

Earlier, the petitioner/applicant had moved this Court for modification of the order by waiving the requirement of furnishing of surety bond, which was refused on the ground that a local surety was required to be furnished so as to ensure the return of the petitioner to jail.

Now again, the present application has been filed for modification of an order passed in the year 2015 which was refused to be modified on 17.02.2017. The prayer in the present application is for allowing the petitioner to be released on parole, on his furnishing a personal bond with cash surety.

It is difficult to accept such a prayer in the light of the fact that the original order is of the year 2015 which could not be availed of by the petitioner and that similar prayer made earlier was rejected by this Court.

Hence, the present application is dismissed.
