CM(M) 632/2015 Impugned order is dated 25.07.2014. By the impugned order, two applications filed by the legal heirs of the deceased decree holder had been disposed of. Since the judgment debtor had taken an objection to the impleadment of Vishal Bhardwaj as the legal representative of the deceased decree holder, that submission had been withdrawn and only one legal heir of the deceased decree holder Prabha Bhatia had been taken on record. There is obviously no objection to this part of the order. If the petitioner is aggrieved by any other finding of the Trial Court which is subsequent to the order passed by this Court, he is at liberty to approach this Court. Petition disposed of.
