% 28.09.2018 After some arguments, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, limits the relief in the present petition to a direction to the South Delhi Municipal Corporation to decide their representation dated 01.09.2018 expeditiously and, in accordance with law. Learned counsel appearing on advance notice on behalf of the South Delhi Municipal Corporation states that, the representation filed on behalf of the petitioner shall be decided, in accordance with law, positively within seven working days from today under intimation to the petitioner.

With the above directions the writ petition is disposed of.
