On 22.08.2017, the predecessor Bench had called upon the counsel for the petitioner to address arguments on the maintainability of the present petition in this Court on the ground that no part of cause of action had arisen in Delhi.

Today, counsel for the petitioner concedes the aforesaid position and states that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition while reserving the right of his client to seek legal recourse against the respondents before the competent Court vested with territorial jurisdiction in that regard. 3.
Leave, as prayed for, is granted. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
