% 22.02.2017 Another status report has been filed detailing the various steps taken to recover the 15 years old daughter of the petitioner, who has been missing since 01.06.2015. Mr. Mehra submits that all efforts would continue to be taken to recover the missing person and the State would also inform her family members, i.e., the petitioner herein about the investigation every six weeks. Based on the statement so made, the present petition is disposed of binding the State to inform the petitioner every six weeks of the steps taken to recover the missing person, with liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court again, if necessary.

The petition stands disposed of.
