This appeal is filed by the appellant/plaintiff challenging the imposition of costs of Rs.20,000/- upon the appellant/plaintiff while allowing an application to recall a witness under Order 18 Rule 17. 2.

Orders which are appealable are either under Order 43 CPC or under Section 104 CPC. An order imposing costs while allowing of an application to recall a witness is not an appealable order either under Section 104 CPC or Order 43 CPC.

In view of the above, this appeal is not maintainable and is therefore dismissed as such.
