By way of this writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, petitioners are seeking direction to respondent Nos.1 and 2 to grant protection to the petitioners against the illegal acts of respondent Nos.2 to 7. 2.

Status report on behalf of the State has been filed to the following effect:- "On 29th September, 2015, HC Hoshiyar against visited Vani Vihar and met the complainant Ms.Saroj Devi she stated that her son Pawan Jain and Sanjay Jain had taken loan from another person and they create problem for her, therefore, she disowned her both son from her property. She doesn't have any problem and feels safe now. Statement of complainant recorded in this regard and provided with the contact number of concerned beat officer, and police station Bindpur. Beat staff has been directed to pay regular visit to the complainant and ensure her safety."

In view of the above status report, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition.
