% 23.11.2017 Smt. Meera, respondent no.2 (complainant) is present in the Court and has been identified by W/SI Ekta of Police Station Nangloi. Respondent no.2 says that she has settled the matter with petitioner before the Mediation Centre, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi on 2nd September, 2016. She further submits that she has settled the disputes with the petitioner of her own free will, voluntarily and without any undue force, pressure or coercion and she is not willing to pursue FIR No.658/2003 under sections 420/467/468/471/451/452/354 IPC registered at police station Nangloi against petitioner and, therefore, the same may be quashed. In terms of the settlement, petitioner has paid `45,000/- vide demand draft (photocopy whereof is on record) to the respondent no.2 toward balance settled amount.
Respondent no.2 submits that with this payment
entire settled amount of `95,000/- stands paid. She has no objection in case FIR is quashed.
Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case as detailed above, in the interest of justice, FIR No.658/2003 under section 420/467/468/471/451/452/354 IPC registered at police station Nangloi and the consequent proceedings emanating thereform are quashed.
