CONT.CAS(C) 1338/2016 This is a contempt petition filed by the petitioner alleging noncompliance of order dated September 26, 2016. Mr. Murari Kumar has drawn my attention to paras 7 and 8 of the contempt petition. Mr. C.M. Goyal, who appears for respondents 1, 2 and 3, on advance

notice, states on instructions, that the file of the petitioner was received from QCI only on October 13, 2016 and the affiliation has been granted on December 15, 2016.

In view of the stand taken by Mr. Goyal, Mr. Murari Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present contempt petition to file a fresh petition impleading the relevant authorities of the QCI. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
