% 01.11.2018 After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that if directions are issued for expeditious disposal of the trial, he would not press the present application, at this stage. Keeping in view the facts and circumstances, the trial court is directed to expedite the recording of prosecution witnesses and conclude the same preferably within a period of four months from the next date of hearing before the Trial Court.

In view of the above directions, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
