O R D E R

% 09.10.2018 By this petition, the petitioners had sought protection on the ground that they are major and have married of their own free will contrary to the wishes of respondent Nos. 5 and 6.

Since the petitioners are admittedly residents of Gautam Budh Nagar, U.P, no directions for grant of protection were issued to them on 25th September, 2018 while notice was issued to the State and respondent Nos. 5 and 6 limited to the extent that the petitioners urged that officials of PS New W.P.(CRL) 2907/2018

Usmanpur, Delhi were harassing them on a complaint lodged by respondent Nos. 5 and 6.

A status report has been filed. As per the status report a missing complaint for petitioner No. 1 was lodged by respondent No. 4 stating that the petitioner No. 1 was aged 22 years and had gone to 1st Pusta Usmanpur along with her aunt on 11th September, 2018 from where she has gone missing.

On the said complaint for inquiry the officials of PS New Usmanpur went to the residence of the petitioners. Though, the petitioners were not found residing, however, factum of marriage from Arya Samaj Mandir has been verified.

Learned proxy counsel for the learned ASC on instructions submits that since admittedly the petitioner No. 1 is a major and she has married the petitioner No. 2 which marriage certificate has been verified, the missing complaint which was lodged by respondent No. 4 has been closed. Thus no further orders are called for in the petition. Petition is accordingly disposed of.
