% 19.12.2016 By the present Revision Petition the petitioner seeks to impugn the order dated 3.10.2016 limited to the prayer that the costs of Rs.10,000/- imposed be waived. It is stated that after the settlement dated 4.8.2016 before the Mediation Centre, the petitioners/defendants had presumed that the matter is over and hence did not appear.

The trial court in its discretion has imposed costs. There are no reasons to interfere in the discretion exercised by the trial court. Petition is dismissed. All pending applications also stand disposed of. JAYANT NATH, J DECEMBER 19, 2016 n
