O R D E R

% 02.08.2017 Learned counsel for the respondent no. 2 admits having settled the matter with the petitioner.

He further submits that settled amount has already been received by the respondent no. 2; therefore, respondent no. 2 has no objection in case FIR is quashed.

Keeping in view the settlement arrived at between the petitioner and respondent no.2, in the interest of justice, FIR No. 1180/2014 under Section 379 IPC and Section 135 of the Electricity Act, 2003 registered at police station Jamia Nagar and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
