By way of this writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 Cr.P.C., petitioner is seeking quashing of case FIR No. 710/2015 under Sections 354/354A/354B/354C/354D IPC registered at PS Roop Nagar, Delhi.

On behalf of the State it is submitted that charge-sheet has already been filed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that matter is listed before the learned trial Court on 6th February, 2018 for consideration of the charge. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to raise all the points before the learned trial Court and if the necessity arises to approach this Court again. 5.

The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting the liberty as prayed.
