The present petition under Section 25-B (8) of the Delhi Rent Control Act, seeks the following prayers:
<(i) Quash and set aside the impugned judgment and order dated 27-01-2017 passed by Shri Sidharth Mathur, Rent Controller, (North), Delhi in E. No. 246/2016 titled "S. Daljeet Singh vs. Anil Kumar & Ors."
(ii) Pass an order granting leave to defend in favour of the Petitioners and against the Respondent in respect of tenanted premises D-1/6 Sardar Nagar, near CC Colony, Delhi-110009 (iii) grant such other, further relief/s in the facts and circumstances of the case as this Hon'ble Court may deem just and equitable in favour of the petitioner.= 3.
Mr. Anil Kumar (petitioner no. 1), appearing in-person, submits that he is appearing on behalf of other petitioners with appropriate instructions. He seeks leave to withdraw the present petition on account of the fact that an oral settlement has been arrived at with the respondent.
