% 21.11.2017 A perusal of order dated 9th November, 2017 reveals that matter was settled between petitioner (accused) and respondent (complainant) for `75,000/-. Petitioner offered `75,000/- to respondent towards all his claims for subject matter of the complaint case which was accepted by the respondent.

Matter is today fixed for making payment.

Mr. Mohit Grover, Authorised Representative of petitioner has handed over demand draft for `75,000/- to the respondent in the Court today. In view of the settlement, impugned order is set aside and complaint case titled as Mahabir Singh vs. ICICI Bank Ltd. is quashed. Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous. Dasti.
