2. Mr. Varun Nishcal, Advocate accepts notice and states that the refund claim is being processed.

3. It is accordingly directed that the refund orders will be issued within two weeks from today and within a week thereafter, the refund amount together with interest accrued thereon shall be directly credited to the account of the Petitioner.

In the event there is any grievance regarding non-compliance with the above directions, it would be open to the Petitioner to seek

appropriate remedies in accordance with law.
