O R D E R

% 16.12.2016 Petitioner and respondent no.2 were known to each other. On the complaint of respondent no.2, present FIR No.14886/2016 under Section 379 IPC was registered at E-police station, Crime Branch, Delhi. Respondent no.2 alleged in the FIR that he had gone out of Delhi on 15th April, 2016. When he returned back on 25th April, 2016, he did not find his motorcycle, which he had parked outside his house. Petitioner and respondent no.2 have settled their disputes vide Compromise/Settlement Deed dated 6th December, 2016. Respondent no.2 is present in Court and has been identified by SI Niranjan Kumar PS Bhajan Pura. Respondent no.2

submits that he has settled the matter with petitioner of his own free will and without any undue force, pressure and coercion. He also submits that he has received the entire settled amount and he is not willing to pursue the FIR any further.

Keeping in mind that petitioner and respondent no.2 were known to each other prior to incident and they have settled the matter, in the interest of justice, FIR No.14886/2016 under Section 379 IPC registered at E-police station, Crime Branch, Delhi, is quashed.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
