% 27.01.2017 This is an application under Section 438 Cr.P.C. filed on behalf of the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.327/2016, under Sections 186/332/353/34 IPC, registered at Police Station Jafrabad, Delhi. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent person and the allegations as alleged in the FIR bearing FIR No.327/2016, under Sections 186/332/353/34 IPC registered at Police Station-Jafrabad are false and baseless and submitted the petitioner has already joined investigation and is ready to join further investigation, if any, as and when required to do so.
Learned APP for State has vehemently opposed the bail application. Keeping in view the facts and circumstances as the petitioner has already joined investigation, in the event of arrest of the petitioner, he be released on anticipatory bail in the sum of Rs.20,000/- with one surety of the
like amount to the satisfaction of IO/SHO with directions to the petitioner to join further investigation, if any.
