CORAM:

HON'BLE MS. JUSTICE MUKTA GUPTA

O R D E R

% 26.09.2018 By this petition, the petitioner seeks parole for a period of 30 days for maintaining social ties and to combat inner stress and arrange resources for the family. A perusal of the nominal roll reveals that in the year 2018, the petitioner has been out twice on furlough firstly from 14th May, 2018 and then from 14th August, 2018 for a period of three weeks and two weeks respectively. Since the petitioner has just surrendered from furlough a month ago only, this Court finds no ground to grant parole on the ground that the petitioner has to maintain social ties and combat inner stress and arrange resources for the family.

Petition is dismissed.

Copy of this order be communicated to the petitioner through Superintendent, Tihar Jail.
