% 27.11.2017 This application seeks to release the petitioner on bail in FIR bearing No. 202/2015, dated 18.02.2015 registered at Police Station Narela, Delhi, for the offences punishable under sections 395/397/394/412/120-B IPC and sections 25/27 of the Arms Act.

The learned counsel for the State submits that many material witnesses are yet to be examined and the case is fixed before the Trial Court concerned on 9th and 10th January, 2018 for the purpose. In the circumstances, the application is not pressed. It is dismissed as withdrawn.
