% 25.10.2018 By this petition petitioner seeks parole on the ground that he has to reestablish social ties. A status report has been filed. As per the status report, the rejection order of the petitioner was reconsidered and the petitioner has been granted parole for a period of two weeks vide communication dated 3rd October, 2018.

In view of the order having been passed in favour of the petitioner granting parole, present petition has become infructuous. Petition is dismissed as such.

Copy of the order be communicated to the petitioner, through Superintendent, Tihar Jail.
