1. Learned counsel for the Petitioner states that refund is due to the Petitioner for four quarters of the year 2013-14. It is stated that the refund order for the fourth quarter has been issued and a copy thereof has been handed over to learned counsel for the Petitioner. The amount of refund together with the interest due thereon be paid directly into the Petitioner's account within two weeks from today.
2. As regards the remaining three quarters of 2013-14, it is stated by learned counsel for the Respondents that the refund orders would be issued within four weeks. The said assurance is taken on record. The amount of refund together with the interest due thereon be paid directly into the Petitioner's
account within two weeks thereafter.
3. If the Petitioner has any grievance as regards non-compliance with the above directions, it may seek appropriate remedies in accordance with law.
