CS (OS)2025/2015 Learned counsel for the plaintiff submits that present suit is below the pecuniary jurisdiction of this Court, thus, the same be transferred to the court of subordinate jurisdiction in view of the notification no.27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015 under Section 4 of the Delhi High Court (Amendment) Act, 2015.

Learned counsel for the plaintiff further submits that suit may be transferred to the District Judge (New Delhi District), Patiala House Court

Complex, New Delhi. Ordered accordingly. Parties shall appear before the District Judge (New Delhi District), Patiala House Court Complex, New Delhi on 29th January, 2016. File be transferred by the Registry to the transferee court forthwith. Date fixed in the matter, that is, 14th January, 2016 is cancelled.
