% 09.01.2017 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this petition, in terms of the settlement agreement dated 02.12.2016, arrived at between the parties with the aid and assistance of the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre.

The Settlement Agreement dated 02.12.2016 entered into between the parties is lawful and the same is taken on record. The parties shall abide by the terms and conditions of the said Settlement Agreement dated 02.12.2016 without demur.

In view of the foregoing, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this petition. Leave granted.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of accordingly. Pending applications also stand disposed of.
