Learned counsel for petitioner submits that apart from challenge to order on charge there are other issues which arises with regard to jurisdiction of the court.

After some arguments, learned counsel for petitioner seeks leave to withdraw petition so far as challenge to the order of charge on merits is considered. He reserves his right to take appropriate steps to challenge the proceedings on the ground of jurisdiction. 3.

Learned counsel further submits that by order dated 23.08.2018, petitioner as well as his counsel were directed to file an affidavit deleting the contemptuous words/language used against the judicial officer in the revision petition and also to file an unconditional apology for making such averments before the CRL.M.C. 5112/2018

revisional court.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that affidavit and unconditional apology shall be filed before revisional court in terms of order dated 23.08.2018. The statement is taken on record. 5.

Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
