O R D E R

% 27.11.2017 On behalf of the petitioners, it is submitted that a settlement has been arrived at between the parties in relation to FIR no. 175/2017, PS Samaipur Badli qua the offences punishable under Section 420, 120-B read with Section 34 of IPC, 1860 pursuant to a settlement in mediation proceedings of the Rohini Courts.

The status report dated 15.11.2017 placed on record by the SHO, PS Samaipur Badli, also affirms the fact of settlement between the parties. Taking into account the said factum of settlement and that the State does not oppose the prayer made by the petitioner for granting anticipatory bail, the interim protection granted vide order dated 28.07.2017 is thus made absolute subject to the petitioner joining investigation of the case and with

the direction that the petitioner shall not leave the city without the permission of the Trial court.

The petitioner, in the event of arrest, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing a bail bond in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the ld. Trial Court. ANU MALHOTRA, J NOVEMBER 27, 2017 NC/vm
