O R D E R
% 27.11.2017 On behalf of the petitioners, it is submitted that the settlement has been arrived at between the parties in relation to FIR no. 175/2017, PS Samaipur Badli for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 120-B read with Section 34 of IPC, 1860.
It has further been submitted that the matter has been settled between the parties at the Mediation Centre, Rohini Courts. The status report dated 15.11.2017 placed on record by the SHO, PS Samaipur Badli, also affirms the factum of settlement between the parties whereby it has been submitted that that the complaints against each other would be withdrawn.
Taking into account the stated settlement fact and that the State does not oppose the prayer made by the petitioner seeking grant of anticipatory
bail, the interim protection granted vide order dated 28.07.2017 is thus made absolute subject to the petitioner joining the investigation of the case with the further direction that the applicant shall not leave the city without the permission of the Court and in the event of arrest, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bond in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the ld. Trial Court.
