% 01.08.2017 This petition is filed under section 27 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking summoning of witnesses, namely, the officer concerned from the office of M/s. Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co., MPD Towers, 6th Floor, DLF Phase-V, Sector-43, Golf Course Road, Gurgaon-122002, Haryana. The learned Arbitrator has by order dated 22.7.2017 permitted the petitioner to summon the said witness. Learned counsel for the respondent has no objection. The witness may accordingly be summoned before the learned Arbitrator for 19.8.2017. Summons be given dasti to the petitioner.

Petition stands disposed of.
