% 27.07.2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that father of the petitioner is to undergo knee replacement operation in Sardarjung Hospital on 1st September, 2017. Secondly, son of the petitioner is undergoing treatment in the All India Institute of Medical Sciences and is required to undergo MRI procedure on 25th August, 2017.
2.
The petitioner has been in Delhi since April 2014 till today. 3.
We do not think the aforesaid reasons are good ground and justification to stay the order of transfer dated 20th July, 2017 from FHQ, BSF (Hospital-I) at R.K. Puram, New Delhi to 69 battalion, BSF, Jaipur. Jaipur has equally good medical facilities where the son of the petitioner can be examined and treated. The petitioner is also at liberty to come to Delhi when his father is being operated on applying for leave in accordance with law.
With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is dismissed. SANJIV KHANNA, J.
