$~33 *
IN THE HIGH COURT OF DELHI AT NEW DELHI
+ W.P.(C) 6575/2017 and CM No. 27252/2017 (Exemption) YOGESH & ANR.
..... Petitioner Through Mr. R.P.S. Yadav, Adv.
versus THE STATE (NCT OF DELHI) & ORS.
..... Respondents Through Ms. Namrata Mukim, Adv. with Mr.
P.K. Sharma, AE (B).
CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE A. K. CHAWLA
O R D E R
% 01.08.2017 Ld. counsel for the respondents states that the property bearing no. WZ-3535/1, Main Road, Rani Bagh was booked for unauthorized construction/deviations on 11.5.2017; work stop notice was issued on the same day; and, demolition order passed in July, 2017 and the demolition action is now scheduled for 4.8.2017. As for the property bearing no. 2237, Raja Park, Delhi, the property is stated to have been booked on 19.6.2017; demolition order passed on 4.7.2017; and, part demolition action executed on 11.7.2017. It is also stated that thereafter, some fresh unauthorized construction was found to have been raised and the property was again booked on 28.7.2017 and further demolition is now scheduled for 4.8.2017.
In the given background, filing of the instant petition by the
petitioners, when there is nothing in the petition to show as to what concern they have or affected by the unauthorized construction taking place, and, despite being queried, ld. counsel for the petitioners is at pains to point out the interest of the petitioners, the petition and the pending application are dismissed.
