O R D E R

The matter has been amicably settled between the parties for an amount of Rs.4,00,000/- over and above the amount so awarded amount payable by the Insurance company to the claimants. The amount be paid by the insurance company to the claimants through the DHCLSC within four weeks from today failing which interest @ 9% per annum shall be charged on delayed deposit.

After the deposit of the amount by the insurance company with the Delhi High Court Legal Services Committee, same shall be released to the claimants by the Committee subject to verification. 2.

The settled amount shall be apportioned amongst the legal heirs of the deceased in the same proportion as per the Award. The compensation

amount so awarded shall be divided amongst the claimants equally. 50% of the compensation amount of each of the claimant shall be kept in FDR in any Nationalised Bank and remaining 50% amount shall be released to the claimants.

In view of the settlement entered into between the parties, no further orders are required to be passed in this appeal. 4.

Accordingly, the appeal is disposed of.

Copy of the order be given dasti under the signature of the Court Master.
