% 16.03.2016 CM No. 9440/2016 This is an application for amendment of the writ petition as factually incorrect statement with regard to date of retirement etc. are sought to be corrected and rectified. The application is allowed, subject to all just exceptions and amended writ petition is taken on record. W.P.(C) No. 7233/2015 After some hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file a review application. We accept the said prayer and also clarify that in case the review application is dismissed, it will be open to the petitioners to file a fresh writ petition impugning the order dated 10th September, 2014 along

with the order passed on the review application. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. SANJIV KHANNA, J.
