% 25.02.2016 Petitioner is present in person. Counsel for the petitioner submits that on 28.08.2015 on the request of the petitioner, direction was given that she be not examined till the next date of hearing. However, now the petitioner is ready to depose before the Court.

It is stated that the matter is listed before the Trial Court on 09.03.2016 for prosecution evidence. As such, petitioner to appear before the learned Additional Sessions Judge for recording her evidence on that day. Under instructions from the petitioner, learned counsel for the petitioner withdraws this petition seeking liberty that in case need arises, she will seek appropriate remedy as available to her.
