Learned counsel for petitioner accepts notice and submits that the petitioner has handed over a mobile phone i.e. ASUS Zenfone Selfie to the counsel for respondent today in Court along with the SIM card in his name. It is submitted that the respondent be directed to use the mobile phone and the SIM card only for the purpose of communication between the petitioner and the minor child Michelle. Learned counsel for the respondent has no objection to this. The application is disposed of as satisfied.

Copy of this order be given dasti to counsels for the parties under signatures of the Court Master.
