Learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State submits that the list of FIRs registered inter-se the parties which was required to be given on 3rd April, 2018 has not been handed over to her till date. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the same has been filed on Court Record however no such list exists on the Court Record. A copy of the FIRs registered inter-se the parties has now been handed over to learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State who will look into the matter and take necessary instructions.
