% 27.09.2018 The petitioner is aggrieved by what he perceives as an inadequate and incomplete investigation into the unnatural demise of his elder brother on 14.07.2018. He has raised suspicion against some persons against which the investigation was not carried out.

Let this petition be treated as Representation by the police and the same would be considered by the Investigating Officer and reply would be sent to the petitioner within six weeks.

Should the petitioner have any grievance thereafter, it will be open to him to take recourse to legal remedies, as may be available to him. The petition stands disposed-off in the above terms. NAJMI WAZIRI, J SEPTEMBER 27, 2018 RW
