% 28.07.2017 The petitioner challenges several conditions in the NIT floated by respondent No.1- prominently that every bidder should have five vehicles with registration certificate not older than one year. Learned counsel for respondent No.1/EDMC appears on advance notice and states that NIT has been withdrawn and fresh one after considering all ramifications would be issued.
