% 21.04.2016 The present petition has been filed by the petitioner against the passing of the interim order with regard to the maintenance and directing to pay a lump sum of Rs.70,000/- till the date of order i.e. 7th May, 2015. Keeping in view the pendency of the case since the filing of petition before the Court below i.e. 5th August, 2013, for the payment of Rs.70,000/-, the question still remains that another period of about one year is going to expire.

In the facts and circumstances, the Court below is directed to reconsider and pass modified order for the maintenance per month within a period of fifteen days.
