O R D E R

% 03.03.2020 The petitioner is ready and willing to settle the lis amicably for an amount of Rs. 75,000/- apropos all his claims. The proposal was put to the learned counsel for the respondentsmanagements and the case was passed over to facilitate him to take instructions.

Having done so, the learned counsel for the respondent-management states that they are ready and willing to pay an amount of Rs. 75,000/- in settlement of the petitioner's claim.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed-off with direction that Rs. 75,000/- be paid to the petitioner-workman, alongwith litigation cost of Rs. KUMAR 17:30:51

10,000/-, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

Since this settlement has been arrived at keeping in mind the peculiar circumstances of the case, especially since the case is pending against the order dated 05.03.2014 of the learned Labour Court, therefore, this order shall not be treated as a precedent.

The parties undertake to abide by the aforesaid settlement terms. An affidavit of undertaking to this effect shall be filed by both parties on or before 30th March, 2020.
