% 23.02.2018 Learned counsel for petitioner submits that complainant Deepmala has settled the matter with the petitioner before Delhi Mediation Centre, Karkardooma Courts on 13th December, 2017, photocopy whereof has been placed on record.

Keeping in mind that the settlement arrived at between the petitioner and complainant, voluntarily, before the Delhi Mediation Centre, it is ordered that in case of arrest, petitioner be released on anticipatory bail subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer/Arresting Officer/SHO concerned.
