% 31.07.2017 This petition is filed under Section 29A(4) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 jointly by the parties seeking extension of time period for completion of the arbitral proceedings by a period of two years w.e.f. 24.07.2017 by the Arbitral Tribunal. These are four matters pending before the same learned Arbitral Tribunal. It is urged that despite following the schedule fixed by the learned Arbitral Tribunal owing to the complex factual matrix and voluminous documents that run into thousands of pages, the trial court has done several hearings to lead evidence but the recording of

evidence is still going on. On account of the said facts, the present application is filed seeking extension of time In the interest of justice, the time period for making of the Award is extended by one year w.e.f. 24.07.2017.

The petitions stand disposed of.

A copy of this order be given dasti under signatures of the court master, as prayed.
