W.P.(C) 10178/2018 The grievance made in this petition is that the appeal filed by respondent No.4- Gaon Sabha Chattarpur is pending since the year 2004. If it is so, then the concerned Additional District Magistrate shall ensure that the said Appeal (No.14/2004) is expeditiously decided within a period of eight weeks from today and fate of the appeal be conveyed to the petitioner within two weeks thereof so that the aggrieved party can avail of the remedies as available in law. Needless to say that the disposal of the Appeal would be by way of a speaking order. With aforesaid observations, this petition is disposed of. Page | 1
