% 18.02.2016 In this matter the simple prayer is for release of compensation pursuant to the acquisition and the making of the award. The petitioners in this writ petition seek the payment of compensation as awarded.

We have heard the learned counsel for the parties and we are disposing of this petition with the direction that the Land Acquisition Collector shall examine the claims of the petitioners and release the amount of compensation in accordance with law within eight weeks.
