% 02.09.2016 Learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State submits that a report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. has been filed in case FIR No.404/2015 under Sections 354A/506/509 IPC registered at PS Dwarka, South keeping all the ten petitioners herein in column No.12 as there was no sufficient evidence qua them.

In view of this development learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the present petition for the reason that in case the petitioners are summoned the same would be a fresh cause of action. Leave granted.

Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
