% 22.10.2018 The case of the petitioner before this Court is that for the post of JE/Electrical (Junior Engineer Electrical) in the respondents' department, the petitioner appeared in a written examination, however, the questions number 68 and 76 have not been evaluated by the respondents.

Keeping in view the reasons stated in the present petition and submissions made by counsel for the petitioner, I hereby dispose of the present petition by directing the respondents to treat the present petition as representation made by the petitioner and decision to be taken within a period of two weeks from the receipt of this order. In view of above, the writ petition along with pending applications also stand disposed of.

A copy of the order to be sent to respondent nos.1 and 2 during the course of the day.

If the petitioner is still aggrieved by the decision to be taken by

the respondents, he may challenge the same before the appropriate form.
