He has instructions to inform this Court that the respondent has considered the prayer made by the petitioner sympathetically and is willing to consider the petitioner's application for admission in B.Tech/any other course in academic year the 2017-18 under the employees' ward reservation quota which is 5% quota. Learned counsel for the respondent further points out that the amendment in the Bye-Laws (Clause 3.23-EC Minutes dated 07.5.2015- page 34 of the paper book) will also be made in view of this acceptance of the prayer of the petitioner. Ordered accordingly.
