% 16.07.2019 This second appeal is against the judgment and decree dated 29.05.2017 passed by the learned ADJ, Central District, Tis Hazari Courts which reversed the judgment dated 17.12.2014 of the learned trial court.

The learned counsel for the appellant submits he shall be satisfied if the learned trial court dispose of the case in time bound manner.

In the circumstances, the learned trial court shall dispose of the civil suit No.761/14 within a year from today. The appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn.
